Charlotte is a Coordinator for University Lands and Real Estate Services at the University of Alabama where she received her bachelor's degree in marketing and real estate and her master’s degree in management and global business. She is now pursuing her second master’s degree in construction and real estate law at Texas A&M University School of Law and ACoM certification through IREM. Charlotte serves on the Next Gen Advisory Committee for IREM and is also involved in her local IREM Alabama chapter. She received the Associate of the Year award in 2022. As a coordinator for University Lands and Real Estate Services, Charlotte assists with the management of the University of Alabama’s off campus real estate. This includes commercial, recreational, timber, cellular and mineral interests on property that the University owns. Charlotte is very involved with her local community and is Co-Chair of the Service and Outreach Committee for the Professional Staff Assembly at the University of Alabama. She has been a member of IREM since she was in undergrad and would love to help future students become successful leaders in the field of property management!
