Beginning as a leasing agent in 2017, Caitlynn has spent these past several years crafting herself to be a successful property management professional. In the fast-paced world of property management, Caitlynn has experienced working in a variety of properties including multifamily communities, single family homes, and commercial properties.
Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to succeed and implement positive change that drives results. In 2021 she received her CAM certification and received the Bluestone Properties’ "Rising Star" award, which recognizes property managers within the company who have made a large and positive impact on their property and the company, including many other achievements and accolades in her career. She attributes her success to past and current leaders who have guided her and focused their time to help her succeed to where she is today.
Currently, Caitlynn serves as a Jr. Regional Property Manager at Eureka Multifamily Group where she oversees a wide portfolio of different property types in East Austin. In this role, she oversees the property management operations of a portfolio of over 100 different properties consisting of single-family homes, commercial properties, and a multifamily community while also assisting in the implementation of her company's directives and initiatives for East Austin. Caitlynn looks forward to achieving her CPM designation to increase her success for her career and also for her company.
