Brett Voeltz Property Manager Berkeley Partners Aldie, Virginia, United States
Brett Voeltz is a property manager with a background in multiple areas of real estate management. Unaware he would later find himself fully committed to the industry, Brett started working for a residential property management company while in college. During and after college, Brett found himself living and working in Belgium, Germany, Turkey, and Kosovo. After returning home from his travels and inspired by his work in property management, Brett decided to get back into the industry and started out as a Property Administrator for a commercial real estate company. Within 8 months he was promoted to Assistant Property Manager and took over the management of two of his own properties while assisting on a portfolio of seven other properties. Always motivated to continue learning and growing, Brett never shies away from taking on new challenges. Recently, Brett moved on to a new role as Property Manager for a light industrial real estate company and is looking forward to learning to manage a new asset type. His goal one day is to take on the asset management of an international portfolio. Outside of his day-to-day job, Brett is an active member in the Northern Virginia chapter of IREM and received the chapter’s “Rookie of the Year” award in 2019 and was recognized by IREM national as a Diversity and Inclusion Succession Initiative (DISI) Scholar. Brett is also an avid musician, playing bassoon in a local LGBT band in DC, runner, and reader (he once read 100 books in a year!)
