2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Blythe is the Training Manager for RangeWater Real Estate. Since she joined in 2018, she has facilitated courses on leadership development, sales, onboarding, virtual leasing, and mentorship.

Blythe graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor in Consumer Economics and Housing Policy and Management. With her passion for providing learning tools for undergraduate students seeking a career in property management, Blythe devotes her time to being an active member of many professional and real estate organizations such as the University of Georgia’s Family and Consumer Science Learning Committee, the Atlanta Apartment Association, and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
