Avonte started his real estate journey in Salt Lake City as an Assistant Property Manager in 2017 and was brand new to the industry. After 6 months, he was promoted to his first manager role and continued to advance to multiple properties and opportunities. Avonte specializes in Lease-ups communities and is currently located in the San Diego Market as a Sr. Property Manager that oversees 4 communities. Avonte is most known for his willingness to lend an extra hand to anyone who has asked and helping transform properties into thriving communities.
Avonte is also involved with his local chapter with IREM as a Co-Chair on the ARM committee and his local Association with SCHRA on the Next Gen Emerging Leaders Committee. He has already earned an ARM designation with IREM and is on track to complete the CPM designation in 2023. Avonte pursues any opportunity to help him be a better leader and further his education. He has substantial goals for his future and wants to continue making a difference in the industry and community.
