2019 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

“To be chosen means that I am on the right path with my career. That is in thanks to my parents, my amazing company, LumaCorp, and IREM. All have helped be grow and learn and continue to shape me into the best manager I can be in the future. I hope to use this as a way to continue my growth and pass along knowledge to others as I look for the next step.”

Ashley began her real estate career in 2012 at a small apartment complex in Austin. She then became a leasing consultant at a few properties in Austin, before transferring with her husband and son to Denton where she began working as a leasing consultant for LumaCorp. LumaCorp introduced her to IREM when she received her ARM designation in 2015. In 2017 Ashley began working on her CPM certification while completing her requirements to achieve her Texas Real Estate license. Upon completion in 2018, she began working to lease individual homes all while continuing to work as a property Manager for LumaCorp at their Denton property. Ashley has been an active member of the Dallas Chapter of IREM and looks forward to continuing to support IREM as the Chair of the membership committee in Dallas, and any other roles that might come her way in the future.
