At 29 years old, Ashley Simien is already considered a tenured vet in the world of Property Management. Being first exposed to the industry in 2011, Ashley has worked diligently to progress from a Property Assistant to her current position as a Property Manager for Cousins Properties. Ashley received her CPM in 2017. She serves as a Committee Chair for IREM Georgia and has previously served as a Committee Chair for IREM Houston. Ashley is determined to provide the best possible service to her tenants and looks forward to further collaborating with other Property Management professionals as the field continues to grow and change. Ashley is hopeful that she will have the chance to mentor those who wish to follow her career path. Her constant desire for growth and betterment has allowed her many industry accomplishments.
