Ashley has overcome many obstacles in her 30 years. Despite leaving high school prior to graduation, she still obtained her high school diploma and went on to attend college and start her career in property management. Her husband’s Army career allowed her to explore the idea of a career in the multi-family industry where she flourished. After becoming a temporary leasing agent for a Class A community in Tennessee, she went on to become the manager of her own property within a year. She has managed a variety of assets over the years, worked to lease up communities, and bring others out of receivership. In 2015, Ashley and her family returned to Florida where she transitioned into the commercial/industrial industry where she now works as a property manager for EastGroup Properties. Ashley has obtained her CAM – Certified Apartment Manager designation through the National Apartment Association and is an ARM – Accredited Residential Manager with IREM. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate through Purdue University Global. She is also a valued member of the IREM North Florida team where she acts as their IAE.
