2019 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Ariana started her career as a leasing agent while a college student. She has since gained a versatile set of skills by managing a diverse portfolio of communities to include receiverships, lease-ups, luxury and LIHTC. Ariana is currently a Regional Property Manager for SDK Apartments. In this role, she directs the marketing and leasing operations of a portfolio of communities. In 2014, Ariana became an Accredited Residential Property Manager and is anticipating completing the Certified Property Manager designation in the Fall. She sits on the local Rent Stabilization Board, volunteers with IREM Young Professionals Committee and recently founded a foundation, ProjectPink, geared towards connecting young adults facing breast cancer with resources
