2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Anita E. DiPietro, a native of Washington, DC entered the real estate market in 2010 by working as an asset manager for a commercial real estate investment firm in Northern Virginia. Over the course of those years, she began taking licensing courses in property management, project management and real estate sales becoming formally licensed Fall 2013.

Following her licensure, she worked as a residential construction project manager and acquisitions associate for a real estate developer in 2015, while building an asset management clientele base that led to starting her small business in late 2017. Anita obtained her Bachelor of Business Management from George Mason University and is a Certified Property Manager, awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

She is currently studying to obtain her Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Studies from Harvard University's Extension School and is working towards obtaining a master’s degree in environmental Sustainability. "Off the clock," Anita enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, learning new languages, practicing international sommelier coursework and winemaking along with inventing and product building.
