Product Description
The CPM Certification Exam is a 150 question multiple-choice exam that tests knowledge of property and asset management concepts based on the IREM curriculum and/or your own professional experience. To pass the exam you must score at least 70%. It is open book and hard copy or PDF IREM materials may be referenced during the exam.
Upon registration, you will receive access to resources in the IREM Learning platform, including the CPM Exam Prep Tutorial. This tutorial reviews all major concepts tested and includes sample test questions to help you gauge your readiness.
Laptop Required: The exam is taken within the IREM Learning Platform using a laptop computer that you must bring to the offering. The laptop must have the ability to access internet using WiFi.
HP10BII Financial Calculator Required: You must bring a handheld or desktop version of the financial calculator (available for download in your IREM Learning Platform). You may also use the IREM Financial Analysis Spreadsheet.
Cell phones and tablets are not permitted during exam time.
This exam can be taken in the classroom or with a live online proctor (LOP). For more information about live online proctoring, click here. If you register for the live online proctored independent exam, you have thirty days from the registration date to complete the exam.
