Vera C. McPherson, CPM^® ARM^®, is Managing Director for W.H.H. Trice & Co., in Williamsburg, VA. Vera is responsible for the daily operations of all property management aspects of the company.

As an IREM Foundation scholarship recipient, Vera earned the IREM-conferred CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER (CPM^®) designation in 2005 and the IREM-conferred ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER (ARM^®) certification in 2001.

Vera has been active in IREM since 2000 and is a member of the Hampton Roads Virginia Chapter. She has held several leadership roles both locally and nationally. Vera is also a REALTOR in Virginia.
