ACoM® of the Year
The ACoM of the Year recognizes an IREM® member who holds the ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager®) certification, who’s made a commitment to the commercial real estate management profession and made valuable contributions to enhance its future.
Tine Helton, ACoM®
Tine Helton, ACoM®, is a Property Manager at First National Realty Partners, currently pursuing the Certified Property Manager designation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in history with communication emphasis from Juniata College in 2012 and a master’s in communication with public relations emphasis from Southern New Hampshire University in2016. Tine’s professional development includes IREM Skill Badges and past real estate licenses in Tennessee & Georgia. Her extensive education and experience make her a valuable asset in property management. Outside of work, Tine is a dedicated mother & wife and an enthusiastic sports fan, especially cheering for her favorite teams (Go Birds!).
Sarah Keefer, CPM®, ACoM®
Sarah Keefer is a Property Manager at a thirty-two story Class-A commercial high-rise building in the Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles, California with Rockhill Management Company. She is currently serving her third year on the Board of Directors for IREM-Los Angeles as the Vice President of Programs. Sarah graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. She earned her ACoM® designation in 2021, and her CPM designation in 2022, and her real estate salespersons license from the California Department of Real Estate in 2022.
Mario Lomeli, ACoM®
As the Artthaus Commercial Portfolio Property Manager, Mario leads the team to optimally run the commercial portfolio and to ensure an excellent day-to-day experience that consistently exceeds the expectations of the members, vendors and guests. His career path is marked by notable accomplishments, including being recognized for awards such as the 2023 "30 Under 30" award from IREM, the 2024 "Forty Under 40" award from the North Bay Business Journal, and the 2024 DISI Leader Award. Mario has developed a well-rounded skill set through his educational background in business & real estate. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker License.
ARM® of the Year

Elizabeth A. Baker, ARM®
Elizabeth A. Baker joined CRM Rental Management, Inc. in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant and swiftly advanced to Corporate Office Manager in 2011. She became Assistant Vice President in 2015 and Vice President in 2020, ultimately rising to Chief People Officer in 2023. Elizabeth has over 19 years of property management experience, holding a Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies, a Master's in Management, and several industry certifications. A US Army veteran, she is pursuing a Certified Property Manager designation. Elizabeth lives on her family farm in Little Falls, NY, with her husband and two sons, exemplifying dedication and community spirit.
Joseph Rubay, CPM®, ARM®
Joseph challenges the status quo, believing well-managed real estate fosters thriving communities. A Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Resident Manager (ARM®), Joseph's expertise is recognized by awards from the Alberta Landlord Association and Wealth Genius Multifamily Buildings Investment Education. Author of Managing Rental Properties: A Blueprint for Success, he helps investors with cash flow, vacancies, and maintenance challenges, increasing revenue. Joseph runs monthly events at Hope Mission and volunteers for REACH Edmonton, dedicated to ending homelessness and enhancing real estate management.
David Sayers, ARM®
Dave Sayers brings new ideas to implement cross-functional skillsets to deliver quality learning for those in multifamily. As Senior Director for Talent Development at Cortland, Dave leads the strategy of learning and development programs that enhance the employee development in multifamily.
Dave’s focus -- to enhance the performance of teams and development of culture through high levels of engagement of learning, delivering fantastic results for top tier training programs that have been recognized by cross industry leaders including the NAA Excellence Award (2022), ATD BEST Award for the Learning Journey (2022), IREM Innovation Award (2023), and an NAA Excellence Award Finalist (2024).

Doris Granger, CPM®, ARM®
Doris Granger, a dedicated professional in Property Management, has truly made her mark in the industry. Doris' journey showcases her commitment and passion for excellence. Her accolades and leadership roles speak volumes about her dedication and expertise. Beyond her impressive career progression, Doris is actively involved in industry education and charitable endeavors. As the President of IREM Central Florida and a member of various associations, she continues to contribute significantly to the industry. Outside of work, Doris enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations through travel, capturing moments through photography, and indulging in her passion for cooking.
David Holland, CPM®
David Holland, CPM, is a dedicated leader in the real estate management profession, serving as the President of the IREM NY Capital Region Chapter. With a commitment to ethics and innovation, David has significantly contributed to the industry through his roles at Property Gauge and various community organizations.
Paul Nathan, CPM®
Paul Nathan CPM® is currently serving as the President of the Toronto Chapter. He held the position of IREM Chapter Chair from 2022 to 2023. Between 2020 and 2022, Paul contributed to IREM by serving on three advisory boards: the Curriculum Committee, the Ethics Committee, and the DEI Committee. Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has served on their National Board. Professionally, Paul is employed by JLL, where he manages the Federal Government's National account. Before this, he managed prestigious mixed-use, multi-asset class, high-net-worth assets for the Royal Family Private Office.

Samantha Thornton, CPM®
Samantha Thornton is a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in residential, mixed-use, retail, office, affordable and tax credit housing. She is Vice President of the Austin, TX IREM chapter and serves as the Vice Chair of The Leadership Development Advisory Council nationally. She was named ARM of the year in 2017 by the Greater Los Angeles IREM chapter and was awarded CPM of the Year in 2021 by the IREM Austin chapter. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edward’s University. She is an Accredited Residential Manager and a Certified Property Manager.

Sharon Turner, CPM®
Sharon Turner, CPM®, is a Senior Development Equity Manager at Enterprise Community Asset Management and manages all facets of risk mitigation and disbursements of capital contributions to the development partners and investors for a high-volume portfolio. Sharon has 20+ years of industry experience in commercial property management and affordable housing. She enjoys the challenge in creating win-win solutions while balancing risk. Sharon is passionate about social justice and feels everyone should have a fair opportunity to live, work and thrive in a safe and decent community to create happy and healthy kids, adults, families and citizens.

Ariel Earhart
Ariel is currently a Senior Manager at Link Logistics, where she oversees 7.4 million square feet of industrial space nestled within repurposed limestone mines. Her career in Real Estate started in 2005, which eventually led to meeting her husband, Jacob, while he was serving in the US Navy. Ariel’s biggest pride and joy are her three children, Christopher, Kayleigh, and Remington, all of whom share her enthusiasm of playing tourist and indulging in adrenaline-fueled activities. Beyond the professional sphere, Ariel’s true passion lies in the kitchen, where she thrives on cooking and hosting for large crowds.
William K. Richardson
Bill Richardson is an experienced and certified Accredited Residential Manager at the Maui Banyan Resort. The value of hard work and dedication has driven him to be committed and responsible for the stakeholders of this property. As the General Manager of the property, my goals include restoration, renovation, and to establishing a consistent structure to achieve goals set forth by my team and the board of directors. These goals are to elevate the value of the property. Bill has been honored as a REME nomination in 2020 and numerous other awards in the property management and real estate field.
