To earn the ARM, real estate managers must take two required certification courses.

Registering is easy – just use the ARM Track (ARMTRK). It combines the coursework on the fundamentals of residential property management – like budgeting, cash flow, leasing, and resident retention – with ethics training and the ARM Certification Exam.*

Attention condo and HOA managers: You can take custom ARM Track courses designed specifically for condo or HOA managers. See the ARM Checklist to learn more.

*The ARM Track is one path to ARM certification, but it’s not the only path. Use the ARM Checklist to learn about other approved course combinations.
