Registering is easy – just use the ACoM Track (ACMTRK). It combines the coursework on the fundamentals of commercial property management – like budgeting, leasing, and tenant retention – with ethics training and the ACoM Certification Exam.*

Complete the ACoM Track in the classroom while engaging with an instructor and peers, or take it online (see course details)*.

*The ACoM Track is one path to ACoM certification, but it’s not the only path. Use the ACoM Checklist to learn about other approved course combinations.

Practice your craft

Active commercial managers benefit because their real-world experience and ACoM coursework build on each other. That’s why those seeking the ACoM must have at least 12 months of qualifying real estate management experience before applying for the certification.
