“IREM Swears in Africa’s First Internationally Certified CPMs”

The Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM) recently hosted a swearing-in ceremony of the first cohort of nine internationally certified commercial property managers (CPMs) in Africa. The IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification was launched in August 2017, following a partnership among the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP), Wits University and commercial retail property investment fund Pareto Ltd.
