Brad Ashley, CPM®, RPA, serves on the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Board of Directors. He’s Managing Director of Property and Facilities Management, Principal, at Newmark Zimmer (nmrkzimmer.com), in their Kansas City office. He oversees a team of professionals who manage more than 14 million square feet of commercial property.
Ashley’s a proven leader in the property management industry where his strength is identifying and developing talented managers and maximizing the collaboration of the teams he leads. His ability to present and execute innovative ideas increases tenant satisfaction while simultaneously maximizing the assets value.
Brad’s active in the local real estate industry and volunteers his time with student outreach at local colleges and universities. Previously recognized in Ingram’s 40 Under 40, he’s also past president of IREM’s Kansas City chapter. Ashley was named CPM of the Year by the Kansas City chapter in 2008 and was a finalist for IREM’s REME Awards CPM of the Year.
He’s a member of the Academy of Authors through IREM’s Journal of Property Management. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Finance from the University of Kansas and holds real estate licenses in both Missouri and Kansas. Brad is a member of the IREM Kansas City chapter.
