Adam Benoit, CPM®, RPA, LEED AP + OM, BOMI HP, WELL AP, serves on the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Board of Directors. He also serves as Director, Property Management, for Stream Realty Partners in the Austin, TX market. He brings a wealth of knowledge to all aspects of property management, and a reputation for exceptional service to his clients and tenants, and experience leading high-performance teams.
Prior to joining Stream, Adam served as Associate Director for Cushman & Wakefield. He was directly responsible for the operations and property management of Las Cimas II & III, an International BOMA TOBY award-winning Class A suburban office project located in the Southwest Austin market, and provided guidance to five additional property management teams that represented 3.8 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial property.
His knowledge of the real estate industry was developed through varying roles including property management, project management, and government lease procurement projects with CBRE and Stirling Properties. Throughout his career, Adam has managed a multitude of tenant and capital improvement construction projects and had the opportunity to assist in the management and oversight of ground-up construction for retail projects.
Adam’s IREM leadership journey began as the Income/Expense committee chair for IREM Austin. After chairing local committees, serving the Austin Board, and while serving as an IREM Austin officer, he became involved at the international level by serving on the Membership Credentialing Committee, and chairing the Income Expense Advisory Board during the highly anticipated rollout of IE IQ.
Adam was awarded the prestigious REME (Real Estate Management Excellence) Award for CPM (Certified Property Manager) of the Year in 2023, one of the highest honors a real estate manager can achieve.
