Nicole Foster, CPM® is a General Manager with Transwestern and is responsible for daily operations and management of a 1.6M square foot campus comprised of medical office buildings and corporate facilities. Nicole joined Transwestern in 2010 and has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years.  During her tenure at Transwestern, Nicole has been involved in the reposition of a medical office building to a corporate facility and the renovation of a medical office building including major mechanical, structural replacement, interior finishes and wayfinding programming. Nicole also leads a tenant relations program that is instrumental to campus retention and renewal rates.

Nicole has served on IREM Houston's Board of Directors since 2017 and is currently the Vice President of Membership. Nicole was awarded IREM Houston's Industry Impact award in 2021 and Jeff Burke CPM of the Year in 2019, IREM DISI (formerly Diversity Scholar's Program) Awardee in 2018, BOMA’s Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) in 2015, Transwestern Houston Person of the Year in 2013. Nicole is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Houston Downtown.

Art Littmann is the Director of Operations of Real Estate Management Services for Colliers International in the State of Florida and has been with Colliers since 2014. With 18 years of experience in real estate, Art brings with him knowledge in all facets of real estate management. His responsibilities include leading operations across the State of Florida where he coordinates with regional teams of over 100 real estate professionals on local, statewide, and corporate initiatives for the company’s 275 building portfolio and 100+ Clients. Art monitors all properties under management to ensure regional teams adhere to Colliers best practices and standards for excellence.  He also recruits, identifies, and grows top talent across the state. 

Art’s experience includes working with institutional clients such as AEW Capital Management, Blackstone Group, Nuveen Real Estate, INVESCO, Ares Management, Duke Realty, and others as well as working with fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, BE Aerospace, and Walmart.

Mike Testa is a 2015 graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing. He began his career in Property Management with an internship in 2014, where he helped to build a new Property Management company within an existing development firm.

Mike is currently the Business Development Manager and Senior Brokerage Associate with Ogden & Company, Inc., where he leads new business activities, customer relations, management of existing clientele, and works actively with new development and brokerage teams. He brings his experience in Residential and Commercial Property Management, Brokerage, Asset Management, Marketing, and New Developments to his team and is able to leverage his experiences to create holistic, enterprise-level solutions for his clients.

Mike is the Immediate Past President of REALM (Real Estate Alumni of Marquette), sat on the Board of Directors for the Marquette University Center for Real Estate, is involved with multiple industry mentorship programs, and is an active member of CARW, NAIOP, ICSC, IREM, and AOMA/BOMA. Mike has been awarded AOMA Wisconsin’s Best On-site Property Manager of the Year 2017, IREM’s 30 under 30 for 2018, 2019 Graduate of CARW’s NextGen Program (which he now leads), NAIOP Wisconsin’s 2020 Principal of the Year, 2020 NAIOP Wisconsin Developing Leader All-Star Award, and CARW’s 2020 Champion award.
