With over two decades of experience, Shira has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, spanning multi-family, retail, class A office, GSA, and industrial properties.
In addition to her extensive real estate expertise, Shira is a professional coach with a special focus on leadership development. Her passion lies in supporting individuals, particularly women, who are ready to discover what’s next for them on their career path.
Shira holds a Virginia real estate salesperson license and several advanced real estate certifications, notably the Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), and Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) credentials.
