We continue to hear how data and Big Data are providing valuable insights into our lives and are changing the way real estate professionals utilize their assets. In saying this, for those of us who are not used to working with data, the terms and concepts can be very unfamiliar. Please join James Scott, from MIT’s Real Estate Innovation Lab, as he explains these terms and concepts, illustrates their value and showcases how property managers can use data to provide value.
