Zach is involved in many stages of the acquisition & development life-cycle, including financial underwriting, project capitalization, financing, and budgeting. Zach also performs asset management activities on both the multi-family and single-family portfolios under Cagan’s management. These activities include financial statement reporting & analysis, annual budget preparation & analysis, as well as other custom client reporting. Prior to joining Cagan Management Group, Zach worked as a Development Associate at Property Markets Group in NYC. At PMG he focused on project management, budgeting, & financing of several projects at all different stages of the development cycle. Prior to PMG Zach spent a few years at Ernst & Young where he worked in the Auditing Division serving EY’s Private Equity clients. Zach holds a B.A. and Masters in Accounting from Yeshiva University in New York City. Licenses: Real Estate Broker, Community Association Manager®(CAM®), Insurance Producer (Illinois & Florida)
