William “Bill” Van Senus is the Property Manager of Grand Plaza Apartments in Chicago, Illinois. Grand Plaza is a 481 unit apartment, 274 unit condo mixed-use property professionally managed by Draper and Kramer. Grand Plaza sits on top of a 1,000 stall parking facility and 100,000 sq/ft of retail just blocks from Chicago’s famed Michigan Ave. Bill’s career in property management has spanned over 12 years where he has held numerous positions throughout Draper and Kramer. Currently, Bill’s job duties include managing a staff of 24 employees, coordination and planning of over 10MM in capital projects and leasing management in one of Chicago’s most competitive neighborhoods.

Bill went to School at Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI) where he earned a double major in marketing and management with a minor in economics from the Kelley School of Business. While attending IUPUI, Bill played Division I basketball for the Jaguars and was a member of the athletic advisory committee. Bill enjoys traveling with his wife, DeAnna, and spending time with his Great Dane and Golden Retriever.
