Tyler Dillenburg - 2021-2022 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Tyler Dillenburg is the Operations Manager for the family-owned company, Kading Properties. He is an Urbandale, Iowa native, which is where Kading Properties resides. Tyler oversees a portfolio with over 1550 units and 10 employees. He is passionate about driving workforce housing and joining forces with each community. Outside of work, you can find him on the golf course or in the kitchen cooking his favorite foods.
