Shannon Sear - 2021-2022 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Shannon Sear has 17 years of multi-family experience, with seven years as a Regional Manager. She joined Greystar in 2018 and was most recently promoted to Director of Real Estate in September of 2020. Prior to joining Greystar, Shannon was with Post Properties/Mid-America Apartments.  During her tenure, she gained extensive experience in multifamily operations, with a diverse set of assets consisting of garden style, mid-rise and mixed-use communities. She also supervised a Corporate Housing division, building her background in client development and relations.
