Scott Hranek joined Griswold Real Estate Management, Inc in 2007 by working as a Leasing Consultant for a property managed by Griswold as I pursed my BA from California State University: San Bernardino. Since then, I have moved from working on-site to working in the corporate office. I worked up from starting as an Administrative Assistant, to Accounts Payables, and then to Senior Accountant, prior to starting my adventure as a Regional Property Manager in late 2020. With over 10 years of accounting background, I am further able to analyze, comprehend, organize, and manage my portfolios. My portfolio consists of properties all over San Diego County that include majority Single-Family Homes and some Multi-Family properties. I am adept in being able to manage client’s investment properties, both short term and long term. I am extremely detailed-oriented and strive to create a strong client to agent relationship. As a recently appointed ARM recipient, the next logical step would be to achieve the prestigious title of CPM. Outside of work, I enjoy plenty of extracurricular activities. I spend a lot of my free time supporting the San Diego Padres, watching and playing disc golf, and gaming.
