Rebecca Watson began her Property Management career 6 years ago as Business Manager at Oak Hill Apartments, a mixed-income community in Pittsburgh, PA. In her first 6 months as Business Manager, she was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for all of Corcoran Jennison Management. Rebecca continued to increase her responsibilities and was cross-trained in Accounts Receivable, Maintenance, and Leasing during each department's transition.
In 2020, Rebecca was promoted to Assistant Property Manager at Oak Hill Apartments. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rebecca created and executed a process for recovering over $300,000 of Emergency Rental Assistance Program funds, offsetting potential lost rent. For her accomplishments, she was awarded "Employee of the Year" for Corcoran Jennison Management in 2022.
Rebecca also continued to grow in her Property Management knowledge. She earned her ARM® (Accredited Residential Manager) certification in 2021 and earned her Certified Occupancy Specialist designation through the NAHMA in 2023. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys playing board games, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their greyhound, Rocky.
