Parker Grissom - 2020-2021 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Parker Grissom joined Beeker Property Group as a Property Manager in 2017. Parker is responsible for overseeing 400 multifamily units and 130,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Parker has a strong commitment towards improving the conditions of the properties while also implementing cost-saving approaches and delivering superior returns to owners and investors.

Mr. Grissom is a graduate of Auburn University where he received his bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from the Harbert School of Business. He currently holds the ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) accreditation from IREM and is currently working to become a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Parker was chosen to serve on the 2020 Next Generation Advisory Board for IREM.

Parker grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and now resides in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, with his wife, Katie. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs, Maggie and Lemmy.
