Norma Marron - 2021-2022 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Norma Marron is a property management coordinator at Cadman Group Property Management Company based in Long Beach, CA. Norma has been in the property management industry for 5 years, overseeing a multifamily portfolio in beautiful Long Beach. She is now currently working in obtaining her Real Estate Broker License to expand her knowledge and obtain a broad of opportunities in the real estate world. In 2015 Norma begin as an onsite property manager of a 16-unit complex in Downtown Long Beach, CA and six months later was promoted to a property coordinator position to oversee a portfolio of 200 multifamily doors and overseeing 4 onsite managers for larger apartment complex. I was given the opportunity to attend a Yearly property management conference. I soon knew that this was the career for me, this was my true calling. This is my 5th year anniversary with Cadman Group, my current employer. I am thankful for the experience and for the knowledge these last 5 years, now I am ready for the next Chapter in this field, in my life. I am ready to explore the world of Property Management to a new level where my experience and my dedication can flourish.
