Nicholas Griffith - 2021-2022 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Nicholas Griffith is a real estate enthusiast with over 7 years experience in multiple aspects of real estate including leasing and property management in both conventional and affordable properties as well as real estate sales. Nick joined Arbors Management Inc. in 2016 as a Portfolio Manager directly managing a portfolio of scattered site properties and was promoted to the Director of Conventional Housing in 2018. Arbors Management, Inc. is a full service third party property management company in western PA who strives to provide their clients with the best property management experience using a hands-on team approach.

In his current role Nick oversees all market rate rental properties for Arbors Management consisting of over 1,000 scattered site single family and small multi family homes as well as several larger properties with onsite staff. His focus is on providing his team with the support they need to succeed in their positions, ensure the profitability of the division, develop and foster relationships with new clients, and identify and implement growth opportunities for the company.

Outside of work, Nick also owns and manages his own real estate property. He enjoys frequenting new restaurants and breweries with his wife of 2 years and spending time with their two dogs named Carlie, a French Bulldog, and Football, a Pittbull. He enjoys playing golf in the summer months and snowboarding in the winter months.
