Natasha Fryar is the Regional Manager for HallKeen Management’s Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina portfolios. Natasha joined Hallkeen in 2018 and in 2019 won HallKeen Management’s Rookie of the Year Award. This Award was given to her for her outstanding work and commitment to the company in just a short time. In her current role, she oversees the management and operations of a portfolio consisting of multi-family and senior housing communities.
During her career, Natasha has managed a variety of asset types from affordable communities, to market-rate and mixed-use communities. As a true real estate enthusiast she is well versed on the market and industry requirements and has worked in the industry for over 14 years. She holds various designations and certifications including C3P, CPO, ARM, and holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license. She belongs to NAHMA and IREM and intends on continuing her property management career and education by earning her CPM through IREM.
She has focused on customer service, relationship-building and leadership throughout her career. When asked what her favorite part of her job and property management is, Natasha noted that she enjoys seeing the successes of her staff, helping them grow, and giving them resources and knowledge they need to succeed and advance their careers. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and helping others. Her favorite place is the beach - and in the future she has plans to go skydiving!
