Natalya Rodriguez has been involved in property management since 2004 and her professional designations include ARM®, COS®, MORS®. She has comprehensive knowledge in asset development, lease up activities, financial management, and team development.
During her career, Natalya has managed a variety of asset types from affordable communities, to market-rate and mix-use properties. The diversified range has allowed her to work with owners, monitoring agencies and lenders during inspections, audits, due diligence, acquisition and growth.
Natalya joined Hallkeen Management in 2015 and currently oversees a portfolio of residential properties in Western Massachusetts and New York regions. Her affordable experience includes Low Income Tax Credit, Section 8, RAD, and Rental Voucher Programs. Natalya has a good relationship with HUD, MassHousing, DHCD, MHIC, HCR, CGI, and other state monitoring agencies.
Additionally, Natalya is a Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate in the State of New York.
