Natalie Bell - 2019 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Natalie started her career in 2010 as a receptionist with Mark-Taylor Residential and has since then transitioned through the ranks of the property management world. Natalie’s current role at Seattle Apartment Managers includes overseeing owner relationships, all property financials, the leasing & maintenance staff, and overall operations for the company. Natalie’s input and expertise has allowed the company to more than triple in size within the last 2 years while increasing owner’s income by more than 20%, coupled with increased renewal ratios and decreased vacancy loss. With a degree in psychology, Natalie attributes her success in property management on being able to balance the needs of the property to ensure residents are happy yet also maximize income opportunities so the properties perform to their full ability. Natalie has her Washington State real estate license and is also a CPM candidate through IREM.
