2019 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Regional Manager, Miranda McArthur, joined the industry in 2014 as a leasing consultant at a student-housing community in Austin, Texas and quickly elevated to her current position. As a Regional Manager for Roscoe Properties, Miranda oversaw a multi-site portfolio of 6 communities and two student-housing communities, totaling to 1,061 units. She then relocated to St. Petersburg, FL to initiate Roscoe’s Florida region with a 432-unit community that is undergoing a multi-million renovation. In 2018, Miranda implemented a monthly volunteer initiative for Roscoe’s onsite teams in Austin in order to increase team comradery while also giving back to the community. This initiative has since spread into other regions within Roscoe Properties. Joining IREM provided the education and skills she needed to continuously elevate herself and her teams. Miranda earned the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation in 2017 and will obtain the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by the end of 2019.
