Ms. Mariotti is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry with A+ to C, lease-up and stabilized assets, including suburban areas, urban in-fill, and mixed-use developments. Melissa serves as Aldon Management’s Director of Property Operations, where she currently leads and oversees operations for Aldon’s nationwide portfolio. This includes property operations, business development and leading the support team for on-site operations.
Melissa brings a unique ability to build solid and sustaining teams and possesses strong market expertise. She has proven abilities to hire, train, evaluate, and motivate associates. Melissa is both a problem solver and a developer of talent, and has great strengths in budgeting and financial management, and strategic planning for distressed communities.
Melissa holds her CAPS designation through the National Apartment Association, ACoM designation through IREM and is a District of Columbia Licensed Property Manager. She currently serves as a co-chair on the Program and Seminar Committee for the Northern Virginia Property Management Association and participates in NAA through numerous committees and is a member of NAA’s 2022 Leadership Lyceum.
