PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
As an Associate Vice President for the firm’s San Diego office, Megan Faircloth’s responsibilities include client relations, property audits, financial review, and ensuring compliance with all company and client standard operating procedures.
Megan leads the management of a diverse portfolio of approximately six million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects throughout San Diego County by providing hands-on supervision to her team, which encompasses seven Property Managers, as well as support staff and building engineers.
Megan is a twelve-year veteran in commercial real estate management and has a solid history of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, her experience includes business development, reviewing lease documents during lease negotiations, capital and tenant improvement oversight from a property management perspective, and significant participation in due diligence activities, as well as property transitions.
