ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
As General Manager, Megan currently provides oversight on the TA Realty Phoenix portfolio. Her responsibilities include successful completion of monthly financial review and reporting, annual budgets and operating expense reconciliations, tenant improvement and building improvement construction, vendor oversight, lease review and abstracting, management of accounts receivable, as well as maintaining relationships with tenants, brokers, vendors and clients. Megan works closely with several of Cushman and Wakefield’s top producers, gaining experience in various aspects of construction, deal making, acquisitions, dispositions and value-added management. She currently provides oversight to a team of professionals responsible for the day-to-day operations of property management.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Megan has over eight years of experience in the Phoenix commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining C&W, Megan was with CBRE’s Phoenix office as a Senior Real Estate Manager. While at CBRE, Megan worked with both institutional and non-institutional clients managing and overseeing class-A office product throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
