Maria Holsinger has been with RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast-based commercial real estate management and leasing firm headquartered in Newport Beach, California since 2008. She currently serves as a Property Manager on a mixed portfolio of industrial and office product throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Her duties include managing tenant relations, overseeing maintenance and tenant improvements, annual budgeting, cam reconciliation and monthly reporting.
Prior to joining RiverRock Real Estate Group, Maria worked for Arden Realty, where she assisted with the management of a Class A high-rise office building in Long Beach.
Maria was born and raised in England, and moved to California in 2006. Maria earned a Master of Physics from Oxford University, England and has a valid California Real Estate Salesperson License.
