2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Makayla Virden began her career in Property Management in 2017 when she joined Blanton Turner as a Marketing Intern. Now, as Brand Designer she is responsible for brand visual design conceptualization and production across all touchpoints for over 80 active properties across the Greater Seattle Area and Oregon. She creatives logo identities from the brand stories and takes the audience along for a beautiful and memorable customer journey with elevated visuals. Her favorite part of her job is working alongside top decision makers, leaders, architects, and site-teams to find solutions through creativity and collaboration. The reward is being able to deliver a brand that is inspiring, aspirational, and unforgettable. When she’s not at her computer, you can find her on walks with her dog, wine tasting with friends, or catching up on her favorite true crime podcasts.
