Katherine Feehan - 2023-2024 Next Gen CPM Leader

With over a decade of experience in the residential property management industry, Katherine's focus is on providing a high level of customer service and streamlining operations to create profitable communities that residents are proud to call home. Katherine received her BA from Illinois Wesleyan University and began her career as a Leasing Coordinator with Draper and Kramer, Inc. She is a licensed real estate broker with an ARM^® designation and is currently the Property Manager of 61 Banks Street, a luxury apartment rental community in Chicago which won the 2023 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) award for Property Excellence. Katherine is a member of IREM Chicago and a volunteer on the IREM Cares Committee. She is looking forward to building her career through the Next-Gen CPM Leaders Program.
