With a personal and motivational management style, his background as a collegiate athlete allow him to apply coaching lessons to innovatively care for his portfolio.
Jon serves as an active member for Southern California's Rental Housing Association Events committee, and Educational committee. Additionally, he was appointed to the inaugural SCRHA NextGen Leaders committee in 2023, establishing a true "jack-of-all-trades" reputation.
Globetrotting from Brooklyn, N.Y. by way of Colombia, SA. his diverse cultural upbringing pillars Jon's ability to connect with individuals from all backgrounds. This proves immeasurable when navigating the varied needs of his clients, mentoring his peers and strengthening business practices within the company.
He is a graduate of The State University of New York in Business Management. Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (San Diego Chapter).
Outside of work, Jon is an avid sports fan - taking in, and participating in everything from soccer to football, baseball and just about anything that involves a ball. Jon loves to spend time with his family and a self-described tea connoisseur. If not on a field, you may see him DJ-ing a wedding or event.
