Jody McGuire currently serves as Vice President at Doran Properties Group overseeing both Urban and Suburban Luxury properties in Minnesota and Colorado consisting of over 3,400 homes. Having served in various Property Management positions over the last 10 years, Jody brings a deep understanding of the day-to-day operational challenges and has a passion for streamlining processes.
As VP of Property Management Jody oversees various departments including Residential, Training, Concierge, Security, and Housekeeping and plays a vital role in all aspects of multifamily operations, budgeting, staffing, training, and teambuilding. Jody promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values employee development.
Most recently, her experience includes the successful lease up of Lyra Apartments in Centennial Colorado- Doran Properties Groups’ first out of state project where the building opened over 50% leased and is leading its’ market in rents. Outside of work, Jody devotes herself to raising her four children in Hudson, Wisconsin.
