Jessica Valdez - 2020-2021 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Jessica Valdez is the Property Manager of Sunrise Ridge Apartments in Tucson, Arizona. Sunrise Ridge is a 340-unit apartment community professionally managed by MEB Management Services, a property management firm who provides expertise for all types of multi-family assets including luxury, student and affordable housing. Jessica has nearly 9 years of experience in property management including managing both conventional and affordable housing. She has experience in relocations utilizing the URA, renovation and lease up of a LIHTC property, and earned her Housing Credit Certified Professional designation in 2017. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys roller skating, spending time with her 2 dogs and 2 cats, and playing board games with friends.
