Jessica is the Quality Assurance Manager for Matrix Residential, the property management division of Pollack Shores Real Estate Group. Since her arrival in December 2016, Jessica has been responsible for supporting the senior director of property management in overseeing due diligence, internal lease file audits, employee leases and balances, property inspections and software support. Jessica brings more than a decade of experience in multi-family property management and has an extensive background in property management, information technology, learning/development, financial analysis, and quality assurance.

Jessica graduated from the University of Georgia where she studied consumer economics with an emphasis in family financial planning. She currently serves on the Alumni Board for the College of Family and Consumer Sciences. Jessica was a 2016, 2018, and 2019 nominee for the University of Georgia’s 40 Under 40 award, which highlights young alumni. She is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and Georgia Apartment Association. Jessica currently resides in Atlanta.
