As an industry professional with 18+ years of experience including multi-family and student organizations, Jessica Sanders has operated in collaboration with industry leading executives managing several projects on multi-million dollar assets nationwide. Jessica is recognized for her ambition and leadership which has aided in catapulting her career as a multifaceted professional within the Real Estate industry. In her current role as Project Manager, she is responsible for implementing effective practices and strategies to create enhanced efficiencies throughout the organization. This role provides her with the opportunity to execute on new idea while elevating the organization’s ancillary and operational performance.
Prior to joining Cortland, Jessica worked as a Revenue Manager where she acquired expertise in revenue optimization and managed diverse portfolios during which she worked in partnership with investment and asset management leaders. Throughout her tenure, she successfully managed several teams and leveraged her experience to educate and serve as a resource for countless colleagues fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
