James Lee is a Property Manager for C&W with 10 years in commercial real estate. He oversees the day to day responsibilities of managing approximately 8 million square feet of institutional industrial real estate. James is instrumental in the communications with vendors and tenants and coordinates the necessary delivery of services as vendor contracts, tenant move in and move outs, CAM reconciliations, budgets, lease abstracts and monthly reporting. He works closely with the Director of Industrial Real Estate and his administrative staff and accountants to ensure the timely collection of rents and the accounts payable processing is done in a timely manner. Mr. Lee accompanies the client and project management team on construction projects and has assisted in the bidding process and analysis before submission to the client.
Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Lee was a Property Manager with Realtyland Co., Inc. overseeing retail and industrial properties throughout the Los Angeles area.
