Ed joined First Capital Property Group, Inc. at the beginning 2018. He has over 10 years of property and asset management in both commercial and residential real estate. Ed specializes in operations, marketing and financial management for real estate portfolios of regional malls, mixed-use facilities, and power centers up to one million square feet. Over the past decade, he has established national brand relationships and provided significant asset growth for institutional clients and owners.
Prior to joining First Capital Property Trust, Ed served as the General Manager of ONE DAYTONA, a premier mixed-use facility – consisting of ± 300,000 square feet, of class A retail, office and residential. With Tabani Group, he also managed 2,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate, which consisted of mixed-use facilities and regional malls across four states. Ed started his career served as Regional Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company managing, a $13 million-dollar operating budget – while directing operations, leasing, and quality control for 1,780 units – consisting of 7,000 residents.
Ed has served as the Vice Chairman of the Hampton Roads Business Improvement District (BID), Board of Director with Community Development Authority for City of Hampton, Board of Director for Lake Wales Economic Development, and Board of Director with Lake Wales Chamber of Commerce.
Born in Moosic, Pennsylvania –Ed and his family relocated to Florida in 1995. He went to school in Winter Garden, Florida. Ed and his wife, Kathy, live in Winter Haven, Florida and are the proud parents of their daughter, Olivia Sophia. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities such as jet skiing, fishing, skiing and camping.
