Diego Pandika - 2023-2024 Next Gen CPM Leader

Diego Pandika is a Senior Regional Property Manager in the Southern California region with Greystar. Diego brings over a decade of multifamily and hospitality experience in California residential real estate. He has demonstrated a track record of effective leadership and problem solving through the consistent achievement of objectives utilizing service skills, team building, and dedication to organizational goals.

Prior to rejoining Greystar, Diego was a Senior Director that assumed leadership oversight of the entire Southern California multi-family portfolio that consists of over 12,000 units that span across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Inland Empire. He previously held several roles at Greystar and Alliance Residential Company, and has extensive high-rise, mid-rise, lease-ups experience, as well as stabilized, rent control, affordable, and mixed-use assets. A CA Department of Real Estate Licensee, Diego graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. Business Administration (Accounting) degree.
