Danny Kim - 2021-2022 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Danny Kim joined Link Logistics Real Estate in 2020, and currently serves as the Associate Director, overseeing the entire property management operations for the Los Angeles, and Orange County markets, which consists of 14 million square feet of industrial assets. Danny also served as the Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, provided third party property management services to high profile clients, and oversaw 4 million square feet of industrial assets in the Los Angeles Market. Danny has always appreciated the opportunities that real estate had to offer, most importantly, being able to build relationships, and work as a team. Danny served in the United States of Army from 2005-2010. During his time in the army, he served 2 tours in Iraq, and achieved the rank of Sergeant before receiving an Honorable Discharge. Danny is committed to providing exceptional customer service with a proactive approach to achieve goals, and objectives for the company. On his spare time, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife and son at the beach or going on a long drive.
