2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

After graduating from Ball State University in 2016, China worked as an IT recruiter for a local Indianapolis firm. After a year and a half, she followed her passion into real-estate. China started at Watermark residential as a Leasing Consultant in 2017. She has now been with Watermark for almost four years and works as an Assistant Community Manager in Zionsville, IN. China helps manage 24 buildings with a total of 266 units. She has both her ARM and CAM certifications and will soon work toward her CPM. In her free time, she likes being with friends and family, working out, and taking her “little sister” (through Big Brothers Big Sisters) out to eat and play laser tag.
